What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted partner to local communities – Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients across Northeast Ohio, building strong, lasting relationships
- Lead impactful projects – Take projects from early planning through design and construction, managing scope, schedule, and budget with confidence
- Work locally, make a difference locally – Support infrastructure improvements that directly impact communities in and around Mentor
- Collaborate across disciplines – Lead and coordinate internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality results
- Be visible and influential – Prepare proposals, attend public meetings, and represent the team in front of community stakeholders
- Develop people and process excellence – Support team growth through mentorship and help drive QA/QC practices that ensure top-tier delivery
What You Bring
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in municipal or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong client relationship skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, team-first attitude with a desire to take ownership
- Experience with municipal infrastructure projects (planning, funding, design, or construction)

Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $100,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
