Project Strategist Intern
As a Project Strategist Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and building digital strategies that deliver results. You’ll gain hands-on experience across social media, campaign planning, performance analysis, and influencer collaborations.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and execute digital marketing initiatives across a wide range of channels.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously optimise campaigns through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and landing page enhancements.
- Create relevant, compelling, and engaging content for various digital platforms under the enrichment arm. Assist in building the customer journey framework to drive cross-channel strategies across the digital ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and end-to-end customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports, including competitor benchmarking, campaign CPA/ROI assessments, and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with and oversee external agencies to ensure performance targets are met.
- Monitor, engage with, and respond to conversations across social media platforms, including handling customer service-related interactions.
- Assist with influencer engagement and management, ensuring timely delivery of all agreed-upon content and campaign milestones.
- Produce, edit, publish, and share daily content such as original text, images, videos, and relevant news.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
