Job Description

Responsibilities

· Report to Project Manager

· Manage site day-to-day operations in accordance to the Project Manager’s instructions

· Ensure work progress is on schedule

· Coordination and supervision of works carried out by subcontractors and suppliers and a team of workers

· Manage site safety systems and enforcement

Requirements

· At least Diploma / Degree in Building/Construction/Civil & Structural or related Engineering field or equivalent experience

· Must have at least 1 year experience in local construction industry

· Able to speak fluently in English, able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients will be an advantage

· Good working attitude and willing to learn

· Knowledge in AutoCad is an advantage

· Only Singaporean, Permanent Residents, or Employment Pass eligible applicants

Work Days – 6 days
