The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Project Technician:
  • Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and floor care functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


1. Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity.
2. Strip wax from floors.
3. Buff floors.
4. Maintain floor equipment.
5. Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies.
6. Clean all trash rooms.
7. Assist housekeepers with annual cleanings.
8. Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment.
9. Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials.
10. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Weekday Part-Time + Rotating Weekends

Starting wage $18-$20
