Projects Sales Engineer

AL SHIRAWI RETROFIT ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS L.L.C is seeking a Projects Sales Engineer to join our Retrofit team. The successful candidate will drive business growth and manage the sales process for our MEP retrofit services in Abu Dhabi.

  • As a Projects Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our business in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, converting them into sales, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • You will be responsible for presenting our retrofit solutions, conducting site surveys, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Abu Dhabi.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our MEP retrofit services to potential clients.
  • Perform site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional sales experience.
  • Maintain and expand an established client network in Abu Dhabi.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for bookings and billings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a seamless handover of projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MEP or engineering industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
  • Established client network and a proven track record of success in sales in Abu Dhabi.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license for easy mobility within the city.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for lead management.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
