Promotion & Communication Officer

Promotion & Communication Activities:
• Research event opportunities and draft event proposals
• Cooperate with event organizers to establish event requirements
• Responsible for the equipment that will be used in promotion events
• Coordinate with related units to prepare promotion materials and the equipment that will be used in events
• Collaborate with other units for joint promotion activities
• Produce written materials and general communications for all communication including all promotional materials
• Explore promotion opportunities to enhance awareness from prospective students (e.g., school canvassing)
• Supports the planning and design of internal and external strategies for communications
• Support in the implementation of marketing communication program planning
• Conduct proof reading reports and correspondence prepared by other departments within the organization, related with promotion and communication content
• Combine corporate brand strategy and communications policies into all activities
• Implement comprehensive brand & communications strategies that support the overall strategic direction of the overall organization
• Develop and execute promotional activities
• Coordinate advertisements in print and digital media
• Coordinate development of content for advertisements
• Provide input / solution for the effectiveness of promotion & communication activities
Media Relation:
• Handle advertisement discussion process with related agency
• Maintain brand standards guidelines and logo management
• Provide graphic content for a variety of uses to enable consistent and controlled
communications
• Ensure the validity of prospective customers database
• Use promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross selling implications &
adhere brand guidelines
• Ensure consistent concept for all external messaging and creative executions
• Coordinate communications with vendors and contractors for the development and
production of educational event promotional materials, and other collateral
• Maintain relationships and media contacts with various local and national media
• Update and maintain accuracy of database (informative media contact, agency)
• Provide news feeding to related media
• Develop tools to enhance brand awareness and brand equity
• Conduct off air activities arrangement (e.g., speaker, organize event and venue)
• Maintain the effectiveness of digital media activities
Digital Marketing:
• Execute of search engine optimization on a continuous basis and social media marketing
efforts
• Create and implement digital marketing strategy under the direction of marketing
manager
• Create digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps and social
media
• Aware to developments and trends in digital marketing and communications both
nationally and internationally and make recommendations as appropriate to direct
supervisor
General Activities:
• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
• Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
• Suggest improvement process related to sales activities (especially related to time
concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to quality management system
Education Requirement:
• Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years working experience
