Promotional Coordinator

Detailed Description:

  • Manage and maintain the internal company store for promotional items

  • Create artwork and design materials for promotional products

  • Oversee ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory

  • Maintain relationships with promotional vendors and suppliers

  • Track and manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics across all company locations

  • Support and promote promotional items across internal departments and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new promotional initiatives

  • Research and stay informed on upstream oil & gas industry trends

  • Ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials

  • Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and vendor communications

  • Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities

  • Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop promotional artwork

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

  • Experience with promotional products, marketing coordination, or inventory management preferred

  • Basic understanding of upstream oil & gas industry preferred or willingness to learn

Additional Details:

This position operates in an office environment and may require occasional travel. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. The Promotional Coordinator must maintain a strong focus on organization, creativity, and customer service while supporting company branding and operational needs.
