Property Assistant Manager
Job requirement
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Building & Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in property management, with at least 2years in a supervisory capacity
Good to have
- Class 3 driving licence
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of residential, commercial and industrial properties across the portfolio
- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle including marketing, lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and handovers
- Maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships and handle escalated feedback, disputes, and complaints
- Ensure lease documentation, tenancy agreements, and records are accurate and up to date
- With facilities, plan and execute the preventive and emergency maintenance of essential facilities like elevators, air-conditioning system, ventilation system, lighting/electrical/plumbing systems, fire detection and fire-fighting system to ensure smooth operation of the buildings/properties
- Monitor rental collections, manage arrears, and ensure timely billing and payment processing

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
