This role combines\noutdoor and indoor property upkeep with light handyman work and technical\nassistance on structured cabling installations. Key Responsibilities \u2013 Property & Grounds Maintenance
<\/h2>
  • Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing,\ntrimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup. <\/span>

  • Maintain walkways, parking areas,\nfences, and exterior fixtures. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with snow removal, leaf removal, and\nstorm cleanup as needed. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor property conditions and report any safety or\nmaintenance concerns.

    Key Responsibilities \u2013 Light Handyman & Facilities Support
    <\/h2>
    • Perform basic repairs such as drywall patching, painting,\nmounting fixtures, and minor carpentry. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Assist with furniture assembly, office\nrearrangements, and equipment moving. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support preventative maintenance tasks\nand general facility upkeep. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate with supervisors on repair priorities\nand materials needed.

      Key Responsibilities \u2013 Cabling & Technical Project Assistance

      • Assist with low\-voltage cabling projects including data,\nnetwork, and communications cabling. <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Help pull, route, label, and secure cables\naccording to project requirements. <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Support equipment installation such as\nracks, wall mounts, and conduit. <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Maintain clean, organized work areas. <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Follow\nsafety standards and company procedures.

        Work Environment & Schedule

        Combination of outdoor and indoor work. May require\noccasional evenings or weekends based on project needs. Travel between company\nproperties and job sites will be required.

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • Experience with landscaping, property maintenance, or handyman work. <\/span>

        • Physically able to lift, carry, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. <\/span>

          Preferred Qualifications
