Property Management & Admin Staff

  • Provide administrative support for property management operations, including documentation, filing, and reporting.

  • Assist in monitoring tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documents in the property system (e.g., IFCA).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support the preparation of budgets, reports, and proposals for property management activities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with tenants regarding administrative matters, inquiries, and basic complaint handling.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate records of property data, contracts, and recurring income activities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist in day\-to\-day operational coordination to ensure smooth property management processes.

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in administration or property management (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of property management systems (e.g., IFCA) is an advantage.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
