Property Management & Admin Supervisor

  • Handle tenant inquiries, secure prospective tenants, and manage replacements for cancellations or withdrawals.

  • Manage lease agreements, transfers, and terminations, particularly for problematic tenants.
    <\/li>
  • Propose unit pricing, revenue targets, and occupancy rates for managerial approval.
    <\/li>
  • Expand and update tenant database, monitor retail developments, and maintain tenant relations.
    <\/li>
  • Oversee tenancy and recurring income data in IFCA system, including renewals and existing records.
    <\/li>
  • Manage tenancy documentation (Proposed Lot, LOO, Lease Agreement, Amendments, and Tenancy Reports).
    <\/li>
  • Achieve tenancy management targets to meet occupancy goals.
    <\/li>
  • Handle complaints from existing tenants.
    <\/li>
  • Support collaboration with third parties for recurring income and business development.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with external parties to ensure smooth operational activities.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor and supervise all recurring income activities at Suryacipta Square.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
      <\/li>
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the property industry.
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
      <\/li>
    • Good understanding of current market and sub\-market conditions.
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability in planning, negotiation, and market analysis.
      <\/li>
    • Skilled in preparing management reports and using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tenancy System (IFCA) is an advantage.
      <\/li>
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.
      <\/li>
    • Knowledge of marketing strategies.
