Property Sales Associate

Job Summary

Collaborate with colleagues and real estate agents to meet sales targets in a property development company. Source new clients, analyze market data for management, and provide after-sales service to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve property sales targets.
  • Source new clients and respond promptly to their inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic network from marketing-generated leads.
  • Build strong relationships with Real Estate Agents to align on sales goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize market data monthly for management presentations.
  • Coordinate with managers and internal stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
  • Distribute marketing materials to agents and clients in a timely manner.
  • Deliver after-sales service to clients following property handover.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing trends within Singapore’s real estate market.
  • Exhibit a self-starting attitude with strong responsibility and a positive work ethic.
  • Availability to work on weekends when required.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Open to candidates without prior experience.

Other Information

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary: up to $3500
  • Commission up to: $60,000 - $100,000
