We are extremely proud of our culture of growth, unlimited potential to solve industry challenges, and continuous improvement of our products and technology.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We are seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Property Support Representative<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> to join our team!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> As a Property Support Representative, you will respond to requests from property management staff at multifamily residential apartment complexes through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> What You\u2019ll Do: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Respond to phone calls, emails, and online chats from property managers and package liaisons<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with carriers to solve problems at properties <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review and follow up on CRM tasks <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ● Work on <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>projects as assigned by management <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Respond to escalated requests from Residential Support <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review integration settings and escalate as appropriate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> At A Minimum, You Have:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 1+ years of direct Customer Service experience <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> High School Diploma or equivalent<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong knowledge of the iOS ecosystem <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Advanced troubleshooting, problem\-solving, and multi\-tasking skills <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while speaking with clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Self\-starter mentality, a solutions driven mindset, adaptability, empathy, insight, and dependability<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> A Plus But Not Required:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Experience working in a call center environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> A Bachelor\u2019s degree or some college<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Luxer Has Got You Covered!<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> You will have a 401k with up to 4.5% matching, untracked vacation, and a hybrid work schedule.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We promote education through tuition reimbursement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> You will also have medical, dental, vision, and life insurance programs, as well as employee assistance programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> You\u2019ll have opportunities to advance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We\u2019re fans of helping our employees learn different aspects of the business, be challenged with new tasks, be mentored and grow.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We promoted 42% of our employees last year!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Luxer One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
