Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn the role of Proposal Manager, we%27ll count on you to%5C:%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EManage the proposal and pursuit process for many key and transit, highways %26amp; roads, aviation, construction management and other transportation-related clients in NY/NJ.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAs a Proposal Manager, we expect you to be able to independently manage the pursuit process from capture planning to proposal development, through the interview preparation stages.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp%3EThe right candidate for this position is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a desire to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3EMANAGEMENT OF THE FULL LIFE CYCLE OF THE PROPOSAL/INTERVIEW PROCESS%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EConduct and facilitate pursuit and proposal meetings / facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposal and interview materials%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with individual pursuit teams and technical staff to develop win strategies and key messaging%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations including nontechnical writing%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with elevating technical writing, by creating callouts or graphics to enhance the readability of text to reviewers%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop and coordinate layouts and graphics%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWrite non-technical text, and edit and proofread marketing collateral%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to write compelling content based on information provided by technical staff%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBe responsible for the timely production and quality of marketing communications (proposals, presentations, and external communications)%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELead and support interview coaching and presentation development for shortlist interviews%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EInterface with people both inside and outside the firm including clients and sub-consultants%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp%3EArticulate HDR’s capabilities and competitive advantages. Be able to assist the technical staff to write and solidify HDR’s “win theme’s%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOTHER MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES%5C:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop content for external marketing communications such as Linked In posts, leave behind brochures for clients, or materials related to conferences such as advertisements and booth material%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFacilitate debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and to measure overall competitiveness%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETrain and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices.
