Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Propulsion - Pylon Engineering Continuous Development- Design Structure experienced Engineer (M/F) to join our Pylon Engineering department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing continuous development activities for the "serial" fleet. As part of this multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be involved in design modifications aiming at keeping our existing products competitive and maintaining Airbus fleet airworthiness conditions.

Your challenges:
- Drive product continuous development through design changes (Design Data Set, Engineering Dossier, Technical Risk Assessment).
- Deliver engineering contributions for In-service fleet support (daily Tech Request Items, Occurrences, Major In-service Problem Resolution).
- Process daily concessions and non-conformities to ensure highly responsive engineering support to the Saint-Eloi production plant.
- Lead technical projects autonomously by connecting with multi-functional team stakeholders (stress analysis, program, manufacturing, quality).
- Identify and implement improvement points regarding local processes, working methods, and digital solutions.
Your boarding pass:
- Background in in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Design Office or MAP environment enabling a quick path to delegated design signatures.
- Technical expertise: Strong background in Airframe Structure Design using metallic and/or composite options.
- Key specific skill: Deep knowledge of ATA54 pylon architecture and related aircraft/engine interfaces.
- Languages: Fluent in both French and Technical English (written and spoken).
