\u2022 Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new admissions and referred residents<\/span>

\u2022 Provide routine follow\-up visits and ongoing medication management<\/span>

\u2022 Develop individualized treatment plans for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and neurocognitive
conditions<\/span>

\u2022 Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence\-based standards<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Address behavioral disturbances associated with dementia and other cognitive conditions<\/span>

\u2022 Collaborate with nursing leadership, primary care providers, and social services staff<\/span>

\u2022 Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary discussions<\/span>

\u2022 Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses and treatment strategies<\/span>
