Only-Connect, a fast growing mental health company, is seeking Psychotherapists to join our talented and diverse team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that respect their cultural values and preferences.
  • Provide support and psychoeducation to clients and their families about the intersections of culture, identity, and mental well-being.
  • Submit accurate and HIPAA-compliant progress notes, including intake, progress, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of cultural competency and mental health.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of cultural nuances and their impact on mental health, ensuring that counseling approaches are tailored accordingly.
  • Be desirous of, building, and participating in a vibrant and fast-growing community of mental health providers at the practice, through biweekly case conferences, quarterly meetups, mental health expos, and annual retreats.
  • Be creative and interested in developing a specialized and clear therapeutic point of view.
  • Be entrepreneurial and interested in growing a team with a specific cultural and/or mental health specialty.
  • Demonstrate organization and attention to detail, being able succeed independently while simultaneously flourishing as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and a desire to continue to grow therapeutically and have an interest in training and supervising

DESCRIPTION:

  • Remote work
  • Licensed in NY, NJ, FL, CT, CA
  • Licensure in additional states welcome if independently licensed
  • Access to an office and/or ability to provide in-person therapy a plus (USA only)
  • Fluency in additional languages a plus
  • Choose your own hours: minimum 20 hours building to 35-40 hours/week,
  • Must include two evening time slots or one evening and one weekend time slot
  • 1099 contractor position
