- Process and deliver customer orders using\n web\-based application.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Receive cash payments and make accurate change.<\/span>
<\/li>- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text,\n and in person during deliveries.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and maintain rapport with members, customers,\n and staff.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure member concerns and/or questions are solved\n and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate\n member requests and/or issues to a Dispensary Supervisor.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure strict controls to protect organization\n assets at the direction of management.
<\/span><\/li>- Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a\n safe and legal manner.
<\/span><\/li>- Complete Daily pre\-shift Safety Checklists on vehicle.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust\n and respect.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with\n HIPAA guidelines.
<\/span><\/li>- During \u201cdown time\u201d between deliveries, assist Dispensary\n staff with inventory, organizing back stock, cleaning,\n updating websites and online menus and other tasks as assigned.

<\/div>- Available to work varied hours/days, including\n nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events.

<\/span><\/li>- Ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and\n effectively with customers and staff in all situations.
<\/span><\/li>- Personal knowledge of the effects of cannabis on self\n and others.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong problem solving, customer service and\n interpersonal skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to dispense cannabis products accurately and efficiently.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong math skills for use of apps, Point of Sale (POS)\n system and cash handling.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast\-paced,\n constantly evolving environment.
<\/span><\/li>- Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
<\/span><\/li>- Must have a high level of organization, patience, and flexibility.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to adapt to a changing industry and growing organization.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain a valid driver\u2019s license for at least 2 years,\n valid car insurance showing that you're covered to use\n your vehicle for work and car registration at all times.
<\/span><\/li>- Must have a reliable vehicle no more than 15 years old\n and a clean driving history, specifically, no more\n than one moving violation or at\-fault non major\n accident in the last year and no more than 2 in the\n last three years, and no major violations in the last 5 years.
<\/span><\/li>- This is a NON\-MEDICATING/NON\-CANNABIS CONSUMPTION\n position. At no time during any shift may a driver be\n under the influence of cannabis or any other controlled\n substance. That means cannabis may not be used before\n starting, during worked hours, or during any breaks or meal periods.
<\/span><\/li>- Failure to comply may result in serious legal, financial,\n and professional consequences.
<\/span><\/li><\/ol>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:<\/b> High school diploma or general\n education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience\n and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and\n experience. Retail, cash handling and customer service experience\n preferred. Must be 21 years old and submit to a background check.
<\/div>
<\/b><\/div>TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: <\/b>Work may require prolonged\n sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires\n eye\-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a\n motor vehicle and basic office equipment. Requires normal range of\n hearing. Requires healthy vision (aided or unaided) sufficient for\n safe driving with the ability to see color and adjust focus.

<\/div>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: <\/b>Work is performed in a busy\n Dispensary, in a motor vehicle and in public or at the homes of\n delivery customers. The work environment may be very loud, fluctuating\n between extreme cold and hot temperatures. Involves frequent contact\n with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times and may\n include dealing with difficult members and/or law enforcement.\n Available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends,\n holidays, and/or events.
