Position Summary<\/b>

Trinity Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)<\/b> to join our team in Asheville, NC. This part\-time position offers a combination of outpatient services and PRN coverage in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high\-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
<\/li>
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in both outpatient and SNF settings
<\/li>
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
<\/li>
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
<\/li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
<\/li>
Supervise and provide direction to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides, as applicable
<\/li>
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, goals, and home exercise programs

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/p>
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
<\/li>
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
<\/li>
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently across multiple settings
<\/li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills
<\/li>
SNF experience preferred, but not required
