Position Summary<\/b>
<\/h3>

The Physical Therapist (PT)<\/b> is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy services for patients as prescribed by the attending physician.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
    <\/li>
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility and function
    <\/li>
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
    <\/li>
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides as appropriate
    <\/li><\/ul>

    • Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina

    • Strong clinical and patient care skills

        Requirements<\/h3>

        Graduate\nfrom an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical\nexperience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an\nadult\-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist\nresides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.<\/span>
