Position Overview<\/b>

The Physical Therapist (PT) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician. This role plays a vital part in helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
<\/li> - Provide hands\-on therapy services in accordance with physician orders
<\/li> - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
<\/li> - Maintain accurate and timely documentation
<\/li> - Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Therapy Aides
