Position Overview<\/b>

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT)<\/b> to join our team in a full\-time or PRN capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team\-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

    • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans

    • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders

    • Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
