<\/span><\/li>- Communicate the features, benefits, and effects of different\n cannabis products to customers.
<\/span><\/li>- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale\n system, including cash, ACH and card payments.
<\/span><\/li>- Uphold strict controls to protect company assets and minimize\n risk under management\u2019s guidance.
<\/span><\/li>- Set up, organize, and maintain product displays, ensuring an\n inviting sales floor.
<\/span><\/li>- Assist with merchandise replenishment, inventory monitoring,\n and participating in regular stock counts.
<\/span><\/li>- Facilitate customer account setup and data entry, ensuring\n accurate records in the database.
<\/span><\/li>- Leverage upselling and cross\-selling techniques to maximize\n transaction value and promote complementary products.
<\/span><\/li>- Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators\n (KPIs), such as conversion rates, average transaction value,\n loyalty sign ups and total sales.
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with team members to achieve store\-wide sales\n goals and coordinate company promotional strategies.
<\/span><\/li>- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately to support\n customer engagement.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain an organized inventory of promotional materials and\n other supplies.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of the dispensary,\n including daily housekeeping tasks.

Retail, cash\n handling, Point of Sale (POS), and customer service experience\n strongly desired. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but\n not required. Must be 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
