Compensation Options – Choose What Works for You

Tiered Per-Visit Pay
• $40–$55 per visit depending on weekly visit volume
• Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
• Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month

Coverage Area

Patients are located throughout Union City, New Jersey, depending on the clinician's location. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.



Responsibilities

  • Treat patients in the home health setting
  • Implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)


Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • Reliable transportation for home visits
  • Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
