Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in all public areas of the hotel to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other guest areas.
- Ensure all public spaces are neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizing products in public restrooms.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Follow hotel cleaning procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist housekeeping team members when required.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
