We blend tech, creativity, and precision to help advertisers cut through the noise \u2014 and own the moment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> If you\u2019re ready to be part of a company that\u2019s bold, boundary\-pushing, and built for the future \- Xapads is where you belong. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ABOUT THE JOB:<\/span> This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing publisher relationships to enhance our supply network across display, in\-app, and video inventory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> If you\u2019re passionate about digital advertising, programmatic growth, and building meaningful partnerships, we\u2019d love to meet you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct publishers, app developers, and mediation partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify and onboard new publisher partners for RTB integrations to expand Xapads\u2019 global supply inventory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth integration and optimization of publisher traffic.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor performance metrics, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize publisher yield.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the programmatic and RTB ecosystem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 2\-3 years of experience in Publisher Business Development or Programmatic Supply Management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong network and relationships with direct publishers and mediation partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Solid understanding of RTB and programmatic ad integration mechanisms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
