What You Will Do

• Load and unload innersprings into the baling machine with a team partner
• Verify product identification to ensure the correct innersprings are packaged
• Operate the baler by inserting compression rods and initiating the baling process
• Secure compressed bales using metal banding and pneumatic banding tools
• Move finished bales to staging areas using hand carts
• Work closely with VRC Operators, Ladder Makers, and fellow team members to maintain production flow
• Safely operate machinery, tools, and equipment while following all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and wear required PPE
• Assist with other production duties as needed

What You Bring

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to frequently lift up to 80 lbs. independently and 200+ lbs. with a partner
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, twisting, and performing physical work throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
