Purchase Assistant

Job Description:

  • Prepare quotation and make sure the quotation sent to customers on time.
  • Perform day-to-day administration task including data entry, handling inquiries, answer phone call and follow up with customers.
  • Handle and maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assigned by manager.
