Purchase Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor market trend for F&B commercial kitchen equipment & Processing Equipment
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Create & Develop procurement Supply Chain System
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Inventory management
- Responsible for sourcing of Commercial Kitchen Equipment and catering equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals achieving value for money
- Work closely with team members to improve purchasing procedures
- Communicate and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
- Consolidate monthly report and statistics
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Relevance.
- Data Base management and analytical
- At least 3 years of equipment procurement experience (commercial kitchen equipment is preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skill
- Possess good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Have strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive attitude to learn and seek initiative for improvement
- Able to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking clients & Suppliers
