Purchase Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trend for F&B commercial kitchen equipment & Processing Equipment
  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
  • Create & Develop procurement Supply Chain System
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Inventory management
  • Responsible for sourcing of Commercial Kitchen Equipment and catering equipment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals achieving value for money
  • Work closely with team members to improve purchasing procedures
  • Communicate and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
  • Consolidate monthly report and statistics
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Relevance.
  • Data Base management and analytical
  • At least 3 years of equipment procurement experience (commercial kitchen equipment is preferred)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skill
  • Possess good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Have strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Positive attitude to learn and seek initiative for improvement
  • Able to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking clients & Suppliers
