Assist the Purchase Department in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring nutraceutical and cosmetic products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Support vendor coordination, documentation, and inventory planning.

1. Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods required for production.<\/span>

2. Ensure timely availability of ingredients, bottles, labels, cartons, and other materials.<\/span>

3. Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.<\/span>
   <\/li>
4. Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.<\/span>
   <\/li>
5. Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).<\/span>
   <\/li>
6. Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Stores, and Finance departments.<\/span>
   <\/li>
7. Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, and supplier documents.<\/span>
   <\/li>
8. Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.<\/span>
   <\/li>
9. Ensure all purchased materials meet quality and safety standards.<\/span>
   <\/li>
10. Purchase nutraceutical ingredients like vitamins, herbal extracts, amino acids, proteins, and excipients as per specifications.<\/span>

11. Purchase cosmetic raw materials such as oils, fragrances, colours, preservatives, and active ingredients.<\/span>
    <\/li>
12. Ensure packaging materials comply with brand and regulatory requirements.<\/span>

13. Maintain smooth material flow to avoid production interruption.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Pharm D or B.Pharm<\/span>

    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively<\/span>
