The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for project execution.

  • Handle end\-to\-end procurement of construction materials.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely material availability at project sites.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and documentation records.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

    Requirements<\/h3>

  • 2\u20136 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry (Mandatory).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Hindi speaking is mandatory.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems preferred.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
