Job Summary

You will lead sourcing of materials and equipment, coordinate project site orders and deliveries, prepare operational documentation, evaluate supplier performance, and support purchasing IT system functions to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Responsibilities

  • Source materials and equipment to meet project and operational needs efficiently
  • Coordinate orders, purchases, and delivery schedules for project sites to ensure timely supply
  • Prepare and submit documentation such as Material Approval requests and Operations Manuals to support site requirements
  • Evaluate and monitor external suppliers’ performance to maintain quality and reliability
  • Support purchasing-related IT system functions to enhance procurement processes and data accuracy
