Job Summary

To support procurement activities for marine operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely delivery of goods and services required by vessels, while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Coordinate with vessels, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marine stores, spare parts, provisions, and services.
• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor management activities.
• Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies related to orders and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience; experience in the maritime industry is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
