Job Description

  • Centralized Stock & Asset Control – Utilize e-stock cards updated by Clinic Stock ICs to audit and verify stock usage across multiple clinics.
  • Stock Compliance & Auditing – Ensure stock transactions comply with financial guidelines by verifying usage journals, service sheets, and stock ledger updates.
  • Machine & Stock Usage Monitoring – Review and reconcile machine readings with material stock consumption records, ensuring accuracy in stock data entries.
  • Stock Replenishment & Forecasting – Monitor stock levels, validate stock replenishment requests with photographic evidence, and compute weekly replacement needs.
  • Stock Discrepancy & Investigation – Identify discrepancies in stock or machine usage, conduct weekly stock opening checks, and participate in annual stock audits.
  • Reporting & Compliance – Provide detailed reports on stock and asset management, ensuring any discrepancies are promptly reported to HQ.

Role Requirements

  • Minimumof a Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Finance or Business Administration Management or a similar field from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in English and CN to communicate with our China counterparts
  • Experience in stock control, auditing, or financial compliance (preferably in healthcare, retail, or supply chain management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and stock management systems.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple clinic locations.
  • A proactive problem-solver who ensures smooth operations and accountability.
  • Comfortable with using IT systems and devices for daily tasks
