Purchasing Executive
Job Description:
- To conduct pre-qualification to shortlist qualifiedvendors to be invited for tenders.
- Work closely with respective operations department toprepare tender documents, arrange tender briefing, and site show for invitationto tender.
- Compile and evaluate tender submissions, includingprice analysis and quality assessment.
- Conduct tender interviews, clarifications andnegotiation of pricing and contracted terms.
- Prepare recommendation paper, ensuring timely approvaland award.
- Issue contract agreement to awarded vendors.
- For changes to contract – to raise variation forapproval and issue variation letter to vendor.
- Creation of contract and change order in purchasingportal.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with groupprocurement policies and SOPs.
- Any other procurement and contract management relatedtasks which may be assigned.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor,carrying them out diligently and professionally
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business /Purchasing
- Good communication andwriting skills
- Proficient in MicrosoftExcel, Words and Power Point
- Knowledge in SAP
