Purchasing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's procurement activities for project materials, equipment and services.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, quotations and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
- Support project tendering, budgeting and cost control activities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, engineering or semiconductor industries.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management and cost control skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Schedule: The normal working schedule is five days per week, from Monday to Friday. Employees may choose one of the following working hours:
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
