Job Summary

You will manage supplier interactions, source and assist in office administrative tasks to support smooth procurement and delivery processes in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and compare supplier quotes to identify cost-effective procurement options
• Negotiate pricing and confirm delivery schedules with vendors to ensure timely supply
• Resolve order and invoice discrepancies to maintain accurate procurement records
• Verify delivery items against purchase orders to ensure completeness and correctness
• Perform general administrative tasks to support procurement and office operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Communicate effectively in Mandarin to facilitate interactions with vendors and clients
