Pursuits & Delivery Coordinator – Queensland

We’re looking for a Pursuits & Delivery Coordinator to play a central role in how we win and deliver work across our Queensland business.

You’ll sit at the heart of our opportunity pipeline, shaping high-quality, client-focused proposals and driving submissions from early-stage opportunities through to final lodgement. Working closely with technical leaders and senior stakeholders, you’ll turn complex RFP requirements into clear, compelling responses that position us to win.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where strong organisation, clear communication and attention to detail are key.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the end-to-end coordination of submissions, from go/no-go decisions through to final delivery
• Interpreting RFP and tender documentation and translating requirements into a clear response strategy
• Writing, editing and refining high-quality submission content across a range of disciplines
• Coordinating inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Supporting pricing inputs and contributing to overall commercial positioning
• Managing multiple pursuits simultaneously within tight timeframes
• Assisting with broader project coordination tasks as needed
• Contributing to continuous improvement across our submission tools, processes and templates

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering bids, tenders or structured proposals
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify technical information
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple workstreams
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including technical experts and senior leadership
• Exposure to engineering, construction or professional services environments (highly regarded)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
