- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
- Prefer some experience within automotive environment.
- Production or Engineering background in Quality evaluation / improvement in automotive field, lean process.
- Variability Reduction Teams (VRTs) Subsystem Experience
- Working knowledge of Quality Operating System (QOS) VOME Program
- implementation team experienced in launching new product.
- Problem Solving Skill Set, see FAP07-004 (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Positive Thinking Leadership, Strong presentation, and communication skills (written and oral). Independent and proactive but works well with teams.
- Black Belt Trained, Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
