Role: Python Software Engineer Location: Remote (anywhere from Europe) Salary: Up to £80k / €90k base + equity We're partnered with a well-funded startup that's building AI agents to automate operations in the consumer goods space. The Role As a Python Software Engineer, you'll be designing and building intelligent, autonomous systems that solve real operational problems for growing brands. You'll own solutions end-to-end - from architecture and scoping through to production - working closely with product and engineering leadership. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and direct influence over how the product evolves as the company scales.
