Job Summary:<\/b><\/span>

We are looking for an experienced Python & Perl Scripting Developer with strong expertise in automation, scripting, and application development. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions using Python and Perl, along with a solid understanding of Linux environments, databases, and automation frameworks.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities \-<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and automation solutions using Python and Perl.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Design and implement reusable, scalable, and efficient scripts for process automation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts and applications.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third\-party systems.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Business stakeholders.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and security.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support production environments and resolve critical issues within defined SLAs.<\/span>

    Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • 4\u20139 years of experience in software development and scripting.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong programming expertise in Python and Perl.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience with automation and scripting in Linux/Unix environments.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of Shell Scripting (Bash/KSH).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience working with REST APIs and web services.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience with version control systems like Git.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.<\/span>
