We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer<\/b> to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Robot Framework<\/b>, Python<\/b>, Selenium/Playwright<\/b>, ConformIQ<\/b>, and Perfecto<\/b> cloud testing. This role will focus on building reliable automated test solutions, integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous improvement in software quality through modern Quality Engineering practices.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>Test Automation Development
<\/h3>- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Robot Framework<\/b> and Python<\/b>.
<\/li>- Build and enhance UI automation frameworks using Selenium<\/b> and/or Playwright<\/b>, ensuring reliable cross\-browser compatibility.
<\/li>- Develop reusable automation components including custom libraries, keywords, page objects, utilities, and framework enhancements.
<\/li> - Implement scalable automation solutions that support functional, regression, and end\-to\-end testing.
<\/li><\/ul>Cloud & Device Testing
<\/h3>- Execute and manage web and mobile application testing using Perfecto<\/b> cloud\-based devices and browser infrastructure.
<\/li>- Integrate Perfecto executions with existing automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
<\/li> - Ensure comprehensive test coverage across multiple browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices.

<\/h3>- Design, generate, and maintain model\-based test assets using ConformIQ<\/b>.
<\/li>- Create automated test cases from business models while maintaining traceability to functional requirements.
<\/li> - Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to ensure complete test coverage and model accuracy.
<\/li><\/ul>Continuous Integration & Quality Engineering
<\/h3>- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines<\/b> to support continuous testing and automated quality gates.
<\/li>- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve deployment quality and release confidence.
<\/li> - Maintain automated execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
<\/li> - Contribute to shift\-left testing practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
<\/li><\/ul>Defect Analysis & Collaboration
<\/h3>- Analyze automation failures, investigate root causes, and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.
<\/li> - Maintain test environments, automation infrastructure, and test data to ensure reliable execution.
<\/li> - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
<\/li> - Contribute to estimation, automation strategy, process improvements, and quality engineering best practices.

<\/h3>- Ensure automation code adheres to established coding standards, design principles, and maintainability guidelines.

<\/h2>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
<\/li> - Strong experience in software test automation for enterprise applications.
<\/li> - Hands\-on expertise with Robot Framework<\/b> and Python<\/b>.
<\/li>- Experience developing UI automation using Selenium<\/b> and/or Playwright<\/b>.
<\/li>- Experience with ConformIQ<\/b> or other model\-based testing tools.
<\/li>- Hands\-on experience executing automated tests on Perfecto<\/b> cloud devices and browsers.
