QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist QA Manager in overseeing departmental operations and quality system effectiveness.
  • Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions and Root Cause Analysis activities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and prepare detailed reports.
  • Drive Continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
  • Manage suppliers' quality issues, including coordination with international suppliers.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with QHSE ISO standards
  • Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Support cross-site quality alignment, including travel to Batam facility.
  • Analyze quality data and recommend corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lead investigations and communicate findings effectively
  • Willing to travel to Batam frequently
