We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Wealth Management Technology (WMT) to support a large\-scale transformation initiative focused on building enterprise data hubs and integrating them with multiple vendor systems. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end testing across UI, API, and database layers, along with strong automation expertise using Playwright with Python.<\/span>

The candidate will be responsible for leading QA activities, defining test strategies, coordinating with offshore/onshore teams, and ensuring high\-quality delivery across complex integration platforms.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Lead QA activities for enterprise transformation and data hub integration projects.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Understand and validate end\-to\-end UI\u2013API\u2013DB workflows and system integrations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional and integration testing.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Perform API testing, backend testing, and data validation/comparison across multiple systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with Python.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and vendor teams to ensure quality deliverables.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Identify defects, track resolutions, and ensure timely closure of issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Support SIT, regression, integration, and UAT testing activities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Mentor offshore QA team members and provide technical guidance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience<\/b><\/span>

<\/span><\/div>
7\u201310+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a QA Lead role.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets and Wealth Management Technology (WMT).<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Hands\-on experience with UI, API, and database testing.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Strong experience in integration testing and data hub validation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Experience with backend testing and data comparison across systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Automation testing experience using Playwright with Python.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Strong SQL knowledge and ability to validate backend data.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
