QA Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead to take full ownership of the QA vertical. You will be responsible for leading the QA team, defining testing strategies, ensuring delivery quality, and managing QA\-related project timelines and stakeholder communication. You\u2019ll work closely with cross\-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps, and Business) to ensure seamless delivery of high\- quality software products.

\u2022 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing.
<\/p>
\u2022 Define the QA roadmap, test plans, and processes for all product lines.
<\/p>
\u2022 Drive quality metrics, coverage reports, and continuous improvementacross QA practices.
<\/p>
\u2022 Be the owner of the QA vertical, reporting directly to leadership.Project & Process Management
<\/p>
\u2022 Plan, track, and manage QA timelines for multiple parallel projects.
<\/p>
\u2022 Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and align QA efforts.
<\/p>
\u2022 Manage project risks, schedules, deliverables, and resource planning from a QA perspective.
<\/p>
\u2022 Ensure timely delivery of releases by maintaining high\-quality standards.
<\/p>

Quality Assurance & Automation<\/b>
<\/div>
Develop and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and backend services.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
\u2022 Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
<\/p>
\u2022 Oversee regression, smoke, functional, integration, performance, anduser acceptance testing.
<\/p>
\u2022 Own bug triaging, prioritization, and tracking using tools like Jira,TestRail, etc.
<\/p>

Communication & Stakeholder Handling<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
\u2022 Act as the single point of contact for all QA deliverables.
<\/p>
\u2022 Present QA metrics, testing reports, and risk assessments toleadership.
<\/p>
\u2022 Work closely with engineering, design, and product stakeholders toalign quality goals.
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
\u2022 5+ years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in a leadership/project management role.
<\/p>
\u2022 Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and QAmethodologies.
<\/p>
\u2022 Hands\-on experience in writing and maintaining automated testscripts (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright).
<\/p>
\u2022 Experience in managing end\-to\-end QA for web/mobile/backendapplications.
<\/p>
\u2022 Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.
<\/p>
\u2022 Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
<\/p>
\u2022 Experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Postman,Charles Proxy, etc.
<\/p>

\u2022 Prior experience in leading QA for SaaS, EdTech, or FinTechplatforms.
<\/p>
\u2022 ISTQB or similar QA certification.

\u2022 Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust, or k6.

\u2022 Exposure to security testing practices.
