QA QC Manager
The QA/QC Manager will oversee all quality assurance and control processes within the laboratory of a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in wet analysis, advanced chemical knowledge, titration, and laboratory equipment handling, including but not limited to ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) analysis. The role requires expertise in customer complaint handling, ISO documentation, NABL accreditation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) register management, and compliance with industry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h4>Laboratory Operations Management:<\/b>
<\/p>- Oversee day\-to\-day operations of the QA/QC laboratory to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
<\/li> - Conduct and supervise wet chemical analyses, titration, and advanced instrumental methods like ICP analysis.
<\/li> - Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> Quality Assurance & Control:<\/b>
<\/p>- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to maintain product quality consistency.
<\/li> - Ensure adherence to established chemical and physical testing procedures.
<\/li> - Establish and enforce laboratory safety standards.
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> ISO Documentation and NABL Accreditation:<\/b>
<\/p>- Maintain and update ISO documentation as per quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.).
<\/li> - Oversee laboratory NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) compliance and audits.
<\/li> - Prepare and maintain records required for audits and certifications.
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):<\/b>
<\/p>- Maintain and monitor the CAPA register for identifying and rectifying deviations, ensuring timely resolutions.
<\/li> - Root cause analysis of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> Customer Complaint Handling:<\/b>
<\/p>- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and provide prompt and effective resolutions.
<\/li> - Document and implement measures to prevent recurrence of complaints.

<\/p>- Train and mentor laboratory staff in advanced techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.

<\/p>- Ensure that all lab activities comply with local, national, and international regulations.

Skills and Qualifications<\/b>

<\/li>- Experience:<\/b> Minimum 7 years in QA/QC roles in a manufacturing laboratory setting.

- Proficient in wet chemical analysis and titration methods.
