J<\/b><\/span>ob Summary<\/b><\/span>:<\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>We are looking for a highly motivated QA/Test Management Engineer to join our Global Test Management Team supporting the Regulatory Reporting domain. The ideal candidate will have strong testing fundamentals, automation exposure, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in Agile environments.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

  • Participate as part of a global test management team in the Regulatory Reporting domain.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, automation engineers, and cross\-functional teams across geographies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze business requirements and define test scope and testing strategies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases covering <\/span><\/span>functional<\/span>, integration, and regression testing.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Perform various testing types including white\-box, black\-box, positive, negative, and edge\-case testing.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Execute test suites, investigate failures, track defects, and ensure <\/span>timely <\/span>closure.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with Development and Business Analyst teams to understand functional requirements and <\/span>validate <\/span>solutions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute innovative testing approaches and continuously improve testing processes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on testing best practices and <\/span>new technologies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Required Skills and Qualification<\/b><\/span>:<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span>
    <\/p><\/div>

    • 2\u20137 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Management, Test Automation, or Feature Development.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience with <\/span><\/span>functional<\/span>, integration, and regression testing.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of automation testing and/or programming concepts.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding of<\/span> <\/span>trade lifecycle, financial products, and asset classes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span>

      • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, Transaction Reporting, OTC Derivatives, and Post\-Trade Processing.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

      • Understanding of<\/span> <\/span>DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with continuous deployment tools and practices.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

      • Hands\-on experience with Python and/or Power BI.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
