Join Our Team – QA/QC Inspector

Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and construction excellence? We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Inspector to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of structural steel and reinforced concrete works for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of structural steel and reinforced concrete (RC) works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Inspect and verify construction materials, including reinforcement bars, concrete, and steel sections

• Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and quality issues to the project team

• Perform visual weld inspections and dimensional checks to identify defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, and misalignment

• Witness and monitor Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, including:

  • Visual Testing (VT)

  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI)

  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT/LPT)

  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

  • Radiographic Testing (RT)

• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and QA/QC documentation

• Ensure all inspection activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• 2–5 years of relevant QA/QC, welding inspection, or construction quality experience

• Good understanding of Civil & Structural (C&S) works

• Knowledge of welding processes such as SMAW, FCAW, and TIG welding

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and welding symbols

• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes, including BS, AWS D1.1, and ASME Section IX

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proactive, responsible, and quality-focused mindset

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
