QC cum Admin

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Monitor quality of materials delivered to site.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documents, inspection records, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on quality-related matters.
  • Track and follow up on defects, corrective actions, and close-out reports.
  • Assist in preparing material submittals, method statements, and test reports.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on administrative matters.
  • Assist with permit applications, project submissions, and general office administration.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Familiar with QA/QC documentation and construction processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to read construction drawings and specifications (preferred).
