QC cum Admin
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor quality of materials delivered to site.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documents, inspection records, and checklists.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on quality-related matters.
- Track and follow up on defects, corrective actions, and close-out reports.
- Assist in preparing material submittals, method statements, and test reports.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on administrative matters.
- Assist with permit applications, project submissions, and general office administration.
Requirements
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Familiar with QA/QC documentation and construction processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications (preferred).
