QC Inspector (Electronic Components)

JobTitle: Quality Control Inspector (Electronic Components)

Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited)

• Perform both inbound and outbound visual inspections using magnification scope and digital caliper for measurement.

• Research for the datasheet on the part number via Manufacturer’s website and Paid Search Engine (Z2Data).

• Compare the part markings and labels against the company’s database part history.

• Decode the date code of the part referencing from the datasheet and database.

• Follow-up on Bin Check request.

• Identify potential discrepancy on the part inspected and generate discrepancy email / report using a standard format.

• Re-label parts with A2 label and re-package the product according to the Moisture Sensitivity Level.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook )

• Able to use microscope

• Ability to understand both written and oral English instructions

• Possess a good dexterity.

• Minimum Qualification Level – NITEC

Candidates with QA/QC experience in Electronics Components Distributor Industry is an advantage
